REI offers short-term disability (STD) coverage to help protect your income should you become ill or injured and unable to work. REI provides this benefit at no cost to you.
If you become disabled, and following a 7 day elimination period, STD coverage through Voya will replace up to 66.67% of income, to a maximum of $2,769 a week. The benefit will last for a maximum of 25 weeks, at which point LTD coverage will begin if necessary.

If you become disabled, and following a 7 day elimination period, STD coverage through Voya will replace up to 60% of income, to a maximum of $1,252 a week. The benefit will last for a maximum of 25 weeks, at which point LTD coverage will begin if necessary.

REI provides long-term disability (LTD) coverage to help protect your income should you become ill or injured and unable to work. REI provides this benefit at no cost to you.
Should you become disabled, and following a 180 day elimination period, your LTD policy provides a replacement for up to 60% of your monthly pre-disability salary up to a maximum of $12,000 per month.

Voluntary Long-Term Disability (LTD) - All Hourly Employees
REI provides voluntary long-term disability (LTD) coverage to help protect your income should you become ill or injured and unable to work. When you enroll in this benefit, you pay the full cost via pre-tax payroll deduction, through a 125 Cafeteria Plan.
Should you become disabled, and following a 360 day elimination period, your LTD policy provides a replacement for up to 60% of your monthly pre-disability salary up to a maximum of $4,000 per month.
