You have the option to choose between a PPO and a DHMO plan. Please see the documents listed below for benefit summaries and fee schedules to help you make a decision on which plan is best for you.

Dental DHMO (Georgia)
The attached document provides an overview of how the DHMO plan works for the Georgia plan. When you enroll in the DHMO Plan, you must choose a Primary Dental Provider (PDP) from the Dental DHMO network to manage your care. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for more details.
Dental DHMO (California)

Delta Dental Virtual Consult and Toothpic Program
The attached documents provides an overview of Delta Dental’s virtual consult and photo-based teledentistry app for PPO & Premier plan members.
Delta Dental’s Virtual Consult is a virtual dentistry platform that connects you with Delta Dental Dentist for virtual consultations.
Toothpic is a photo-based teledentistry app for PPO & Premier plan members that offers virtual dental screenings from a Delta Dental dentist.
