Problems are just a part of everyday life. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential resource for you and your family members through Magellan. REI is never provided with the names of individuals using the service or for what reason.
The EAP provides 24-hour toll-free phone access to counseling professionals 7 days a week.
The EAP is available to you and your dependents at no cost with up to three face-to-face counseling sessions per issue, as well as unlimited counseling on demand.
Accessing the EAP
You can access the Magellan EAP via phone or online
- Phone – Call 800-523-5668
- Online – Log into magellanascend.com
- Initial Registration – Click on “Find My Company / Login” and complete the steps to register.
- If Already Registered – Click on “Find My Company / Login”.
When to use the EAP
Whether you are troubled about your relationships, experiencing stress, or even feeling isolated and alone, there are many good reasons to talk to someone. The EAP can help you deal with personal issues or concerns you face, including:
